Orient Star Logistics (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Information and Communications Network Act"), and other related laws, to protect the personal information of individuals (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "individuals") who use the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company Services"). The Policy is also established to address privacy-related concerns of service users promptly and efficiently.

The Company informs users through this Privacy Policy about how the personal information provided by users is used, the measures taken to protect personal information, and how the Company handles such information.

If the Company revises the Privacy Policy, it will notify users through the website notice (or individual notice).

The Company collects the following information to analyze usage statistics, check and prevent misuse of the service.

The Company, in principle, destroys personal information as soon as the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, if it is necessary to retain information in accordance with applicable laws, the Company will retain the personal information for a specified period as required by relevant laws.

■ Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information
The Company, in principle, destroys personal information as soon as the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows:
ο Destruction Procedure
The Company selects personal information for destruction based on the reason for destruction, and the personal information is destroyed after receiving approval from the person responsible for privacy protection.
ο Destruction Method
Personal information stored in electronic files is destroyed using a technical method that makes the records irretrievable, and personal information recorded on paper is shredded or incinerated.


■ Measures in Case of Personal Information Leakage, etc.
If the Company becomes aware of any loss, theft, or leakage (hereinafter referred to as "leakage, etc.") of personal information, the Company will notify the user of the following information without delay and report it to the Korea Communications Commission or the Korea Internet & Security Agency.
1. Items of personal information that were leaked
2. Time when the leakage occurred
3. Actions the user can take
4. Measures taken by the information communication service provider, etc.
5. Department and contact information for consultation

■ Exceptions to Measures in Case of Personal Information Leakage
In cases where the Company cannot contact the user, such as when the user's contact information is unavailable, the Company may take measures such as posting a notice on the website for more than 30 days.


■ How to Set Cookie Preferences
Users have the option to allow or block cookies. Users can set their cookie preferences through their web browser settings.

■ Methods for Redress of Rights Infringement
1. The data subject can seek redress for privacy infringements by applying for dispute resolution or consultation to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee, Korea Internet & Security Agency Privacy Infringement Report Center, or other institutions. The data subject may file an administrative appeal for actions or omissions by public authorities under Article 35 (Access to Personal Information), Article 36 (Correction/Deletion of Personal Information), or Article 37 (Suspension of Personal Information Processing) of the Personal Information Protection Act, as per the Administrative Appeals Act.
